CASE STUDIES

Why does a business need Case Studies?

Case Studies are a fantastic way to showcase your work and highlight the positive experiences clients have with you.

The are a fantastic opportunity to:

  • show how you solved a particular problem for a client

  • highlight a customer’s positive experience with your organisation

  • remind prospective clients of the range of products or services you offer.

What would make a good Case Study and who would use them?

  • An architect, builder, landscape designer, construction company, etc outlining the stages of a project and the final product

  • An I.T. company highlighting how they solve client issues

  • A professional services company showing their range of clients and projects

What is the process of writing your Case Study?

We can work on your case from start to finish – tell us what product, service or project you’d like to showcase, and we’ll take it from there. Or we can edit and polish something you’ve already drafted.

The process includes:

  • Initial briefing session with your organisation (up to 2 hrs) by video call (additional meetings available upon request)

  • Review of any marketing materials provided to get to know your business

  • Following up by phone/email the client involved in the project, if requested

  • A follow-up video call with you to discuss the first draft, if needed

  • Reasonable number of revisions to get to final version

  • Liaising with your designer – or one of our trusted design partners – to prepare the finished document

  • Final proofing of the finished case study

Why hire someone to write your Case Study?

Writing about yourself or your business can be tricky. Modesty kicks in and it gets awkward telling people how incredible you are.

At Maple Marketing, we’ll do that for you. We have no trouble telling everyone about all the successful things you’ve done and how great you are.

But it’s more than just an objective perspective – with that comes the experience of knowing what to highlight and how to format information into a compelling structure.

Having an external writer prepare your award submissions provides you with:

  • professional writing and editing skills

  • an objective perspective on your business

  • the dedicated time needed to allocate to the project

  • someone who can coordinate various sources of information and input
